The Client:

I'm delighted to be partnering with a global education organisation with their search for a Senior Regional Compensation Partner to join their People team.
The People Team enables their organisation to unleash the full potential of ‘One Team’ and culture, which in turn enables it to deliver its business strategy and purpose.

This is a remote UK role, with immediate start.

The Role:

This role will report to the Head of the Global Compensation COE, a function whose remit is key to our ability to attract and retain the best talent.

The incumbent will partner with leaders in the Americas or International locations to advise on best practices and contribute to the design, implementation, administration and governance of global Compensation programs, ensuring that outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with internal and external market position.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to the organization on compensation decisions as the compensation SME for the geography
  • Partner with the TA team to review job offers to ensure market competitiveness and internal pay equity
  • Advise and support compensation discussions, including off-cycle compensation decisions
  • Provide compensation analysis and other deliverables for budget and forecasting purposes
  • Deliver employee and leadership training on total rewards philosophy
  • Lead and drive job family reviews and manage the accuracy of job levels and job mapping to pay ranges/grades etc

The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Global Compensation experience
  • 5+ years of experience with broad-based compensation programs
  • Tech / Engineering sector experience preferred
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience required; (MS / MA degree or certified compensation professional credentials preferred)
  • Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable of global total rewards, including benefits programs, design and administration
  • Experience with M&A due diligence and integration of equity programs, preferably across international locations
