Description

  • Review the current Conversion Strategy and Conversion Communications Plan.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure streamlined admission processes.
  • Working closely with the Marketing, Communications and Recruitment team to ensure that clear actions are in place, ensuring that accountabilities and responsibilities are in place for each action.
  • Monitor, report and analyse recruitment and admissions data to inform decision making.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A review of the Clearing preparation for 2025/26 by reviewing the previous years Clearing Strategy.
  • Providing advice on the clearing strategy, to set targets and review currently planned activity leading up to results day.
  • Providing recommendations for how this institution can improve performance and reduce attrition.
  • Review all previous activity post results to enrolment, including late entry in order to maximise each application / potential applicant.

Profile

A successful 'Interim Student Recruitment and Admissions Project Manager' should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions at a senior level or as a consultant.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • The ability to analyse data and use it to inform strategy.
