Interim Third Party Security Review Analyst

Your new company
A large technology company offers 6m+ interim assignment (likely to extend) to a hands-on third party security analyst with excellent knowledge of ISO 27001-working on a hybrid basis (usually 2 days a month in the office) based in Reading.

Your new role

• You will be working in the IT Security, Governance team, evaluating security risks that are presented when using a third party supplier, understanding how to interpret impact assessments and supplier assurance questionnaires.
• You will collaborate and work with various stakeholders across the business and third party suppliers to ensure they meet the security requirements of the company through monitoring security questionnaires.
• You will act as a point of contact for suppliers and customers and be happy requesting evidence of various certifications/requirements relating to IT security.
• You will have the ability to spot flags where information is missing or incorrect and act on this or escalate, where necessary, to your manager.
• You will support the OneTrust Third Party Risk Management Module tool for all suppliers, support the KPIs targets and reporting on OneTrust.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will ideally have a thorough practical understanding of the requirements of ISO 27001 certification.
• You will have experience working in Information security, governance and compliance.
• You will ideally have experience of OneTrust or similar GRC tool and excellent communication skills.
• You will ideally have worked in a technology/ telco company or similar industry.

What you'll get in return

• Flexible working options available- (hybrid working 2 days a month in the office) 6 month assignment, likely to extend for some time.
• Day rate of £450-500 per day (via umbrella company).
