Interim Director of Transformation & Change | Energy | £800/day Inside IR35 | Flexible UK Locations | Hybrid - Bi-Monthly meetings in the office | 6 Months | Energy / Utilities

Our client is seeking a seasoned and confident leader with strong influence to join them as an interim Director of Transformation and Change for Field Services.

You will drive, lead and manage major and complex transformation programmes at pace, to increase efficiency, drive simplicity and improve outcomes, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including Field Directors, senior leadership teams, programme sponsors and other transformation and change teams.

Here you will be accountable for the successful delivery of a series of transformation and change programmes in line with business cases.

Your essential background will include experience leading high performing teams in an operational environment within businesses with large field forces.

Required Experience:

• 5 years previous proven experience in projects for field services working in complex matrix structures
• Have a track record of leading high performing teams in an operational environment

• A strong influencer
• Hands-on and a doer, with demonstrable experience on change delivery and outcomes
• Excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to pivot quickly and efficiently between being a strategic thinker, leading a team, and leaning in themselves to deliver some critical programmes this year
• Have experience of creating and maintaining operational readiness plans

Job Title: Interim Director of Transformation and Change (Field Services)

Location: Open to locations

Contract Type: 6 Months

Hours: Hybrid

Rate: £800/per day Inside IR35 (You will work via an umbrella company for this role)

This role will be mostly remote with 1-2 visit per month to our offices in either London or Leicester. There may be additional times that you would be required to be in the office so you must be prepared to commute to either of these locations.
