 Do you have specific experience of supporting the Treasury activity of a Social Housing provider? Are you able to manage day to day Treasury operations and relationships with lenders? Do you want to be able to work flexibly to suit your life outside work?

My client is a registered provider in London that is currently recruiting for an interim Treasury Accountant on a 12-month contract, either full or part time, starting as soon as possible. The duties of the role are to:

  • Have sole ownership of the day to day of the Treasury function, keeping the function afloat during a stable period following the completion of refinancing
  • Stay on top of all compliance requirements, providing information to lenders and abiding by sector regulatory requirements
  • Review cash flow models and advise on, and action, process improvements
  • Take responsibility for submitting quarterly returns.

The role can be either full or part time (anywhere between three and five days per week) with an attractive level of remote working in place.

To be considered, please meet these criteria:

  • Have strong experience in a Treasury Manager, Treasury Accountant, or Treasury Analyst role in the Housing sector
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, compliance requirements, and Treasury operations
  • Show some commitment to professional development evidenced by at least some accountancy/treasury qualifications.
