Interior Design Engineer - 0885 - £27.00/hr PAYE rate

To give you an idea of how the job will look and feel if you were currently working for us, these are some things you would have been tackling this week:

• Creating concept sheets and supporting presentations to CVE
• Providing technical explanation of changing content to cost estimators to set the budget
• Generating design estimations for cost of change from benchmark
• Preparing Styling Feedback of A-Surface feasibility and technical requirement
• Full parts development and management taking responsibility for cost, timing and delivery to meet all required specifications

To apply for this Interior Design Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Design / Engineering qualification.
• Prior knowledge of interior cabin parts / modules including:-  Global Design and development at part / module level, Supplier management (cost / quality and timing) and reporting experience.
• Must display an understanding of how to “engineer” .
• Injection moulded plastic and pressed metal assemblies experience.
• CAD Interrogation skills. 

You'll receive an excellent contract per hour rate of £27.00 in return for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
