Our client, established in 2000, is a renowned workplace design practice based in Stratford-upon-Avon. They specialise in creating dynamic, people-oriented spaces across various sectors, including Corporate Workplaces, Industrial Workplaces, Higher Education, and Healthcare. As an Interior Designer at the company, you will play a pivotal role in translating clients' visions into reality through creative and thoughtful design solutions. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and project managers, you will lead and contribute to projects from concept development through to completion. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing spaces that not only reflect aesthetic elegance but also maximize functionality and efficiency across various sectors.
Interior Designer Position Overview- Create innovative and practical design concepts for corporate workplaces, industrial environments, higher education campuses, and healthcare facilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that enhance productivity and inspire creativity
- Work alongside architects, contractors, and other team members to coordinate design efforts and ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and installation phases
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, sharing insights and supporting colleagues in achieving project goals
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects in corporate workplaces, industrial environments, or similar sectors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing, Adobe InDesign for presentation layouts, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for design development
- Experience in managing design projects from concept through to completion, including coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Competitive salary £35,000 - £45,000 (D.O.E.)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
