The Partner of an established Construction Consultancy practice in Ipswich is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor from a PQS background.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be working within a multi disciplinary team of 50, who cover an array of work, although the new Quantity Surveyor will mainly be working on healthcare projects across the Southeast /East Anglia region.

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

  • Minimum of 3 years quantity surveying experience
  • PQS / Cost Consultancy work experience
  • Any healthcare project experience would be a bonus
  • Pre contract knowledge
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • MRICS or working towards chartership
