Internal Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Internal Account Manager to support our growing customer base from our Fareham office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure they are using products and services effectively.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an account management or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
