Internal Account Manager

My client specialises within the Corrugated Packaging Industry

The Role:
• Primary point of contact and building long term relationships with customers
• Management of a set of key accounts and house accounts
• Clear communication via phone and email to customers
• Updating and overseeing new projects
• Liaising with the design and production to oversee jobs
• Raising specifications and to estimate them
• Send quotations to customers
• Ensuring all emails are dealt with and responded to in a timely manner
• POD/Invoice requests
• Generating reports for customers
• Stock reports
• Delivery schedule
• Current pricing
• Liaising with board suppliers
• Obtaining special pricing
• Ensuring the timely arrival of material for priority jobs
• Conduct soak tests
• Sales order entry
• Raising purchase orders for suppliers
• Upsell to existing customers
• Sourcing of new business
• Regular communication with all accounts and notifying where spend drops
• General Administrative duties not limited to the above
• Working Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
