Manchester City Centre
£27-30k Salary
£60k OTE

Position Overview
To fit the criteria for this new internal sales role you will already have a wealth of sales experience and be able to step into this role with confidence and a determination to succeed. This role requires a proactive quick learner who can effectively work with internal stakeholders, is proficient in IT, and excels in customer service and phone etiquette. The ideal candidate will be able to use their initiative and have a willingness to learn and develop, with opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities

Internal sales:
- Maintain strong relationships with 5K client base.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.
- Identify and facilitate client referrals to bring in new leads/business.
- Have knowledge of and is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales support.
- You will also need to be comfortable cold calling, generating leads, setting appointments, and will be required to hit daily, weekly & monthly KPI's set by management.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients.
- Successfully close sales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders
- Work closely with various departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Work with other internal departments to create new marketing campaigns.
- Communicate client feedback and market insights to internal teams.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales metrics and performance.
- Analyse data to refine sales strategies and processes.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts and products quickly.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to work well with internal stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in IT, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
