This FTSE listed business based just outside of Redditch (remote working on offer) requires an experienced Auditor to join their internal audit team due to growth within the department.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will assist in the delivery of a robust risk-based audit plan across the group. As part of the leadership team, you will build efficient and highly effective relationships with financial and operational management at a senior level across your network - whilst building, developing and mentoring a competent Internal Audit team to help execute a best-in-class audit plan.

Ideally, you will:

• Hold a recognised relevant qualification (e.g. ACA / CA or equivalent, CPA, , etc.) with experience in a large business
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, business-minded, thoroughly organised, calm under pressure, taking a business-partnering approach
• Demonstrable ability to efficiently prioritise tasks, organise a large / complex workload and self-motivate in a changing, fast-paced and challenging environment
• Previous experience of delivering a risk-based audit plan across a network including multiple territories
