Internal Business Development Manager 
London - Hybrid Working, 3 days in the office / 2 days from home 
Salary - Negotiable depending on experience + bonus 


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful specialist lending firm in their business development team. Joining in an internal sales capacity, we're looking for experience as follows:
  • You must have prior experience in Bridging Finance 
  • Ideally you will come from an internal sales / telephone based sales position or; You'll be working a bridging sales support position and ready to take the next step up in your career.
As an Internal Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our clients bridging sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to proactively generate new business opportunities while supporting the field-based team in managing and enhancing their existing relationships. You will identify and nurture new leads that can be developed into strong, long-term field-based relationships. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales team to manage and streamline the sales process, from initial enquiry through to successful completion.

This involves crafting tailored terms and proposals, ensuring smooth communication and transition of applications to the underwriting team, and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients diverse product offerings.
