Internal Caregiver Recruiter

We are seeking a full-time Care Recruiter for a leading care agency based in Hammersmith.

We are looking for someone driven to succeed in providing outstanding service to their customers and candidates.

The role is full-time 9am - 5pm and is permanent position.

Recruiter duties include but are not limited to:

· 360 recruitment - recruiting new candidates, completing the application and registration process for compliance

· Motivating your team and managing appropriately

· Sourcing new business and building new relationships

· Maintaining existing relationships via visits and regular phone calls

· Creating job adverts and posting them on various platforms regularly

· Provide weekly KPI's and be familiar with the requirements

Recruiter desirable skills and Qualifications:

· Previous experience within the healthcare recruitment sector preferred but not essential

· Target driven & desire to succeed

· Self-motivated & able to take initiative

· Previous experience in customer service desirable

· Able to adapt to a variety of situations

· Holds a full UK driving license

Benefits

· Salary is negotiable depending on experience but we envisage this will sit between £28,000 - £33,000

· There is an annual bonus scheme and a standard bonus scheme on top of the basic salary

· Mileage included for business travel

· Progression within the company is available
