Internal Sales Executive

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via the phone & email to select and purchase products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to develop & create opportunities.
  • Upselling & offering alternatives as required.
  • Analysing sales figures and providing feedback to the vendor & company
  • Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up to date with product trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.

Skill set required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs whilst constantly delivering high level customer service.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills (to include Work & Excel) for report purposes
- Previous experience in a sales, service or upselling office environment is required.
