Internal Sales Administrator - Construction

Blackburn

£25,000 per annum + annual bonus

Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients & architects, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their bespoke carpentry & street furniture requirements. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on their product range.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to order completion, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service and advice to customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product details.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
