Internal Sales Administrator

A family business that is both an Electronics Manufacturer and a Connector Distributor. We are looking to recruit an outgoing and knowledgeable Internal Sales Administrator to join or expanding team to both support our Field Sales staff and actively engage with clients.

A varied and people driven position, with Individual and team responsibilities, this opportunity allows you to work with customers, not only progressing quotations, orders and resolving queries but also keeping customers up to date with new product information and develop relationships with long standing clients as well as new. As the job title suggests there is an element of sales in this role, but it is not telesales or cold calling, you will be reacting to warm leads.

Therefore, we are seeking an Individual who loves interacting with customers both on the phone and by email, who enjoys a good degree of independence, who enjoys trust and responsibility and in doing a great job.

The hours are Mondays to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm - 36.5 hours a week.
