Our company is located on the FlosGas site off junction 43 of the M4, Neath. Currently a small team with rapid expansion of the business within the next few years.

Your new role
Your new role is plumbing and Heating Internal Sales Assistant. This role will require you to be a point of contact for customers and clients via telephone and email. You will be responsible for answering queries, processing orders, producing and checking the accuracy of invoices, updating the system with data and providing general administrative support to the sales team, working in the polymer pipe industry that specialises in the pre insulated pipes for district heating and renewables and quoting pipework for heat pump projects and similar renewable energy products. Using our internal ERP systems for creating quotes, you will be converting orders, checking stock, processing website orders. Bonus scheme will be linked internal sale generation.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who prides themselves on providing the highest level of customer service at all times. The client is looking for somebody who has experience within the realm of sales administration and is committed to learning new skills. Somebody who has experience working with invoices, is capable of retaining a lot of product information and has a keen eye for attention to detail will be successful.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £21,000.-£23,000 The working hours of the role are 9-5 Monday-Friday. The organisation offers a pension scheme and has a very friendly and settled workforce, creating a nice work environment.
