Location: Ellistown

Remuneration: Up to £26,000 + Bonus

The role of the Internal Sales - Bagged Products will involve:

• Selling a range of manufactured bagged products including: concrete, mortar, grout, postmix, cold lay tarmac etc.
• Selling into national and independent builders merchants, merchant buying groups as well as main & sub-contractors
• Develop new business opportunities using cold calling and email marketing
• Keep up to date on market trends & competitor offerings
• Deal with incoming enquiries via telephone & email
• Produce quotes for customers and follow them up in a prompt manner
• Upsell & cross selling where possible and promoting the whole range of products
• Updating the CRM system and utilising Barbour ABI leads

The ideal applicant will be Internal Sales - Bagged Products with:

• Must have construction sales experience
• Ideally will have experience with building, concrete or bagged products
• Ideally will have office sales experience however would consider someone from a trade counter, providing they have the correct attitude
• Exceptional telephone manner and confident in talking to customers
• Tenacious, hungry and ambitious personality
• Excellent organisational skills
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• IT Literate
