Internal Sales Executive
Salary 25k. Realistic OTE 50k+
West Yorkshire
28 days annual leave including bank holidays. Hours on a rota basis. Business open 7 days a week, hours 8am-8pm

My client is a leading provider in the telematics industry, offering cutting-edge products such as vehicle trackers, immobilisers, and cameras. With a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, they are now seeking an ambitious and driven Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and converting them into sales opportunities. This role will focus on B2C sales, with customers reaching out through the company's website. You will assist customers with product queries, follow up on enquiries, and ensure that potential leads are successfully converted into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls and online enquiries from customers interested in purchasing the company's products (trackers, immobilisers, and cameras).
  • Provide detailed information to customers about the features, benefits, and technical specifications of the products.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to final sale, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth and success.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • TExperience in the telematics or automotive industry, especially with security products such as trackers and immobilisers, is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a B2C sales role, especially phone-based or inbound sales, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical products to non-technical customers.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a desire to meet and exceed sales goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary & OTE:Realistic OTE of £50k, with top earners making £80k-90k.
  • Shift Patterns:Flexible working hours, including weekends as part of a rota. Core hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
