28 days annual leave including bank holidays. Hours on a rota basis. Business open 7 days a week, hours 8am-8pm

Role Overview
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and converting them into sales opportunities. This role will focus on B2C sales, with customers reaching out through the company's website. You will assist customers with product queries, follow up on enquiries, and ensure that potential leads are successfully converted into customers.
