Internal Sales Executive

£25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience - Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm - 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays - Onsite parking - Permanent office based in newly refurbished premises

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client in the construction industry is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to manage an existing portfolio of customers, building relationships and delivering a professional, customer focused sales and negotiation for the sales team.

Internal Sales Executive - Job Overview

As Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers, building authentic relationships and encouraging repeat business.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities
• Provide customers with product information and quotations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfilment
• Proactively call potential customers, exploring opportunities to generate business

Internal Sales Executive - Skills & Experience Required

• Sales and negotiation skills highly desirable
• Local geographical knowledge
• Experienced in using various IT systems and packages
• Self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative
• An understanding of the construction industry would be beneficial
• Experience using a CRM software desirable
