Internal Sales Executive

OA are currently working with a successful, growing organisation within the roofing industry and are currently looking to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Executive to support the team, providing knowledge around their products and speaking with customers on a daily basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hour week)

Salary Up to £35,000 

31 days holiday

Internal Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities:

· Responding to incoming customer enquiries via email and phone promptly and effectively

· Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and supporting with product selection

· Creating quotations and following these up as well as identifying opportunities

· Identification of potential opportunities and leads

· Taking technical calls (training will be provided)

Internal Sales Executive – Skills and Experience:

· Previous experience within a similar industry would be advantageous but not essential

· Previous experience producing quotes and following these up

· Experience within a sales position and having strong customer interaction skills

· Excellent experience in analysis

· Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and work well within a team

· Good numeracy and literacy skills
