Internal Sales Executive

Job Title: Internal Sales Executive (Building Sector)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa (DOE)
Location: Stevenage
Contract: Permanent, Full Time  
Hours: 37.5 hours per week   - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm  
 
Our client work within the Building sector, and they are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and proactive individual to join their Sales Team. The successful candidate will have excellent up-selling skills, be highly organised and have experience supporting a busy sales team.

To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have previous experience of working within the New Homes sector, Building Supplies, or Construction sector.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED

• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and highly organised.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to inbound enquiries from customers, providing them with quotes and product information.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, developing relationships with existing customers, ensuring to retain business and grow accounts.
• Prospecting to customers and identifying new business opportunities.
• Update customers regarding status of their orders.
• Providing excellent customer service skills.
