Are you an Internal Verifier for apprenticeships looking for a new challenge? Step up into a Project Manager role and oversee an employment service supporting refugees in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your quality and compliance skills in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure project adherence to quality and compliance standards, which constitute 80% of the role.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the overall project, ensuring effective delivery of services.
  • Team Management: Oversee and support a team of 10 staff members.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely reporting of project performance and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in quality and compliance, ideally as an Internal Verifier.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and support a team effectively.
  • Passion for supporting refugees and making a positive social impact.

Please note – this is a 100% office based role.  There might be occasional travel to other parts of East Mids where the contract is delivered in addition to Leicester.

Although a 12 month fixed term contract, it could well extend or more to a perm role as the provider are constantly winning new contracts all the time.
