Client Details

Established in 2013, my client is a rapidly growing, family owned business. With big names behind the brand, the company has gone from strength to strength and is continuing it's journey across the EU and Middle East.

Description

  • Manage and grow your account base across the Nordics
  • Establish and maintain relationships with your distributors and end users
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
  • Agree promotional activity and activations with your accounts
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
  • Ensure products and promotional activity is activated and merchandised in stores
  • Maintain strong relationships with your distributor to ensure contracts are fulfilled
  • Regular travel to the Nordics

Profile

  • Proven experience working with international distributors
  • Open to category, however a background in beauty, haircare, fragrance or other similar field would be preferred
  • Must have a passion for account management over new business
  • Must be able to travel to the Nordics regularly (roughly every other month)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of £55,000-£60,000 per year
  • 3 days a week in a Central London office when not travelling
  • International travel across the Nordics
