A highly reputable, professional, and international organisation based in Bristol are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to join their finance department, where you will be representing Payroll and Timekeeping and supporting payroll related activities for different country payrolls in Europe.

This is a nice 18-month contract, that could lead to something permanent down the line due to the size of the organisation.

Key duties will include:

  • Partnering with the Payroll provider and other organisations to ensure correct information is provided in calculating pay
  • Validating complex payroll data received from their Payroll provider to ensure quality and timely output for employees
  • Prepare complex payroll and timekeeping management reports
  • Analyse and assists in interpreting sophisticated policies and payroll per in country regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing payroll and timekeeping implementations
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to enhance existing payroll and timekeeping processes and tools

With an established background in International Payroll, you will be able to hit the ground running in this exciting new role! Experience in Workday, Excel proficiency and different time keeping tools are essential.

In this role you will be able to demonstrate your high attention to detail, analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
