Are you ready to jet-set around the world, sharing your expertise and passion for luxury spa treatments and products?

We are seeking an International Trainer to join this globally recognised skincare brand, offering a competitive salary of £38k + car allowance + bonus and benefits, and the opportunity to make a global impact within the wellness industry. As an International Trainer, you'll be immersed in a world of luxury spa experiences, intricate treatment protocols, and an exclusive product range, all while enjoying the excitement of significant travel to some beautiful destinations around the globe.

Responsibilities include
  • Lead hands-on training sessions in luxury spa treatments and product knowledge
  • Create and develop suitable protocols for new products
  • Identify skill gaps and look for opportunities to upskill
  • Assess therapist performance
  • Deliver new account onboarding
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the luxury spa industry
  • Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs
  • Strong understanding of treatment protocols and product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to travel extensively
