Human Resources Internship Opportunity
Duration: 6 months
Start Date: Immediate (early June at the latest)
Location: Must have the legal right to work in the host country

Role Overview:
This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin a career in Human Resources. The role provides exposure to a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, and workplace culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team with ongoing projects and day-to-day operations
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and references
• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding
• Contribute to HR initiatives focused on wellbeing, diversity, and internal policy updates
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the wider HR function

Candidate Profile:

• Well-organized with strong time management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work confidentially and meet deadlines
• Shows enthusiasm for developing a career in HR
• Previous experience in an office or internship setting is advantageous
• Currently studying for or recently completed a university-level degree
