Interventions Teaching Assistant - Camden

Your New RoleAs an Interventions Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic progress. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Inclusion Manager and SENCO to implement targeted intervention programs.
• Leading small group interventions to enhance literacy and numeracy skills.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
• Utilising your knowledge of phonics to reinforce reading and writing skills.
• Familiarising yourself with the READ, WRITE, INC. program (training will be provided!).

What You'll Need to Succeed

• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of phonics and literacy strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
