Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support division are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team within an organisation in Barnetby, North Lincolnshire, as an Inventory Administrator. 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Efficiently handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment.
  •  Manage and coordinate inventory, ensuring that stock levels meet demand.
  •  Develop and implement order and delivery schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient start-up.
  •  Act as the central point of contact between relevant departments, facilitating communication and coordination regarding orders, routing, and stock levels.
  •  Utilise intermediate Excel skills to process inventory allocations, analyse data, and support decision-making processes.
  •  Run and analyse weekly budgetary and financial reports to provide insights and support strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory admin, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level), including the ability to work with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
