We are currently recruiting for a leading Fine Art logistics company, we are looking for a detail-driven Inventory Supervisor to join their team.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in stock control, cycle counting, and ERP systems, who thrives in a hands-on, autonomous warehouse environment.

Job Title: Inventory Supervisor

Position: Full time - 40 hours a week - Flexible working times

Salary: £30,000

Location: Wimbledon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily perpetual cycle counting process, ensuring every storage location is accurately counted once every 12 months.
  • Conduct stock control duties and investigations, delivering clear and timely reporting.
  • Use ERP systems to interrogate and manage inventory data.
  • Work cross-functionally with operational teams, client managers, and leadership.
  • Support inventory KPI reporting and maintain high standards of warehouse care and cleanliness.
  • Handle, move, pack, and unpack a wide variety of objects, ensuring all items are managed to top industry standards.

Desirable:

  • Proven experience in stock control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who is confident working independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a methodical approach.
  • Skilled in using ERP, warehouse, or inventory management systems (Moveware experience preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data filtering and sorting).
  • Physically fit and capable of handling a range of object sizes, weights, and fragility levels.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments and communicating effectively at all business levels.
