Investment Analyst

£50,000/yr - £55,000/yr (depending on experience)

A great opportunity for a driven, experienced Analyst to join a fast-paced team at a specialist UK logistics and industrial property company.

The business develops and manages prime logistics assets on behalf of institutional capital partners and has exceptional management across all key capabilities including acquisitions, planning and development, leasing and asset/investment management.

The role will focus on supporting the investment analysis function of the business as well as providing ad-hoc analysis across the wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial models and forecasts used across the business for investment and development appraisal

  • Assist in preparation of investment committee memorandums and presentations including market research to inform site acquisitions, development approvals and leasing approval papers

  • Ongoing performance monitoring of the business’ investment funds

  • Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly portfolio management reports

  • Track the financial performance of development projects

Skills:

  • Circa 2-3 years experience within a transactional finance environment, with exposure to financial modelling

  • An ambitious mindset with a drive to succeed in the Real Estate logistics market

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Demonstrate maturity, reliability and a strong attention to detail
