Investment Associate (venture capital)

Entrepreneurial and highly reputable venture capital fund manager have a vacancy for an Investment Manager/Executive. The client is a well established and highly reputable investor who has created a significant number of jobs in the Yorkshire region. They work closely and provide valuable advice and support to rapidly expanding SMEs and start up businesses.

The role:

The primary focus of this exciting opportunity is to provide a high level of support in the investment decision making process, ultimately ensuring the best possible return for investors.

You will be expected to write up investment plans in a concise format, propose investment opportunities to the senior leadership team and meet prospective clients. In time, it is anticipated that you will sit on the board of portfolio clients.

The candidate:

The client is keen to speak with experienced accountants (ideally with relevant corporate finance or investment management experience) looking to return to work on either full time or reduced hours basis. We would also be interested in speaking with finance professionals interested in building a reward long term career in investments.
