About the Role: Are you a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for mergers and acquisitions in the digital infrastructure sector? We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our client's high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, driving strategic growth and innovation in the digital infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support M&A transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate development, with a focus on digital infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing complex transactions and delivering results.
