Meraki Talent has a highly exciting permanent mandate with a boutique organisation based in the central belt of Scotland to appoint an Investment Director.

The Company

This boutique business provides corporate advisory services across the globe, working across a diverse sector range including Food & Drink, Energy, Tech and many other up-and-coming and bustling industries.

The business is strategically placed in the market to attack the mid-large cap deal space working on sizeable transactions.

The Role

The vast majority of the time the large focus will be on lead advisory Mergers & Acquisitions with other ad-hoc projects such as Valuations, and Equity fundraising working closely with clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Due to the businesses structure, reputation and executive leadership team this is a role where business development isn’t a key component should this not be the successful individuals preference.

Business Development is not a key component for this position, the business has this covered by the leaders already in  place, an ability to lead a team and execute on deals would be held in higher regard.

On-Offer

The position of Investment Director will offer:
  • Highly attractive base salary
  • Excellent bonus potential
  • A range of other benefits & rewards
Experience

To be considered for this position you will be operating at the senior end with a background in Corporate Finance from a top-rated CA firm, or Corporate Finance house or Investment Bank background.
