  • Conducting proactive research to identify potential investment opportunities
  • Supporting the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investments
  • Assisting in due diligence, financial modelling, and the preparation of investment materials
  • Engaging with entrepreneurs, advisors, and intermediaries to understand opportunities aligned with the client's investment mandate
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the SME and entrepreneurial sectors
Who we are looking for
  • A strong academic background, with professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CA) being desirable but not essential
  • Experience in corporate finance, private equity, or strategy consulting
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • A passion for the SME sector and entrepreneurial businesses
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
