You will work closely with senior team members, gaining invaluable exposure within a dynamic, fast-growing platform. What the job involves

  • Originating real estate-backed bridging loans in the UK and/or Ireland
  • Evaluate real estate-backed lending opportunities and provide clear feedback to originators
  • Assisting with the production of investment memorandums, highlighting the opportunity, due diligence, and risk analysis
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial details in legal documentation for deals you're involved in
Who we are looking for
  • Experience of originating real estate-backed bridging loans in the UK is essential
  • Excellent sales and relationship management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
