Evaluate real estate-backed lending opportunities and provide clear feedback to originators
Conduct financial modelling and assess loan/asset risks, presenting key insights to the team
Prepare detailed investment memorandums, highlighting the opportunity, due diligence, and risk analysis
Stay informed on the UK real estate market and attend borrower meetings, due diligence reviews, and site visits
Ensure the accuracy of financial details in legal documentation for deals you're involved in
Who we are looking for
At least 2 years of relevant financial experience (e.g., corporate finance, investment banking, private equity/credit, accounting/audit, or real estate finance)
Basic knowledge of the UK real estate market
Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
Ability to create detailed, high-quality presentations in PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
