Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative technology and process solutions to enhance stewardship impact.
  • Oversee the integration of new funds and securities into stewardship operations, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Drive robust risk management and control frameworks, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Deliver accurate, insightful reporting on stewardship activities to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum five years’ relevant experience, ideally with supervisory and investment operations or proxy voting expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalise processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Strong business and investment acumen, with a genuine interest in stewardship, corporate governance, and regulatory trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adept at managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for making a difference in the investment management industry.
