Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

· Deliver a quality business processing service to internal and external customers and support the continued growth of HUB.

· distribute inbound communication from Advisors, solicitors and other clients accurately by way of correct task creation and accurate filing of communication.

· Responsible for logging all post and faxes

· Distribution/allocation of applications to administrative team

· Distribution and allocation of all electronic correspondence

· Filing all post in the correct locations

· Accurate preparation of received applications

· Use bespoke system in accordance with department processes

Skills and Experience:

· Previous administration experience in an office environment

· Excellent attention to detail

· Computer literate

· Demonstrate a desire to clear all work on a daily basis

· Excellent organisation and planning

· Maintain focus when faced with high volumes ensuring accuracy is not compromised

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week)
  • Salary: £12 per hour
  • Location: Bedford Street, Belfast.

This is a temporary role for 3 months minimum
