What the job involves
In this role, the successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of the team and will support all aspects of IR.
- Preparing marketing materials such as investor presentations, private placement memorandums, pitchbooks, investor presentations, PPMs, RFPs and DDQs
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Performing track record management and portfolio data analysis
- Carrying out bespoke quarterly investor reporting and preparing audit requests as well as portfolio data analysis
- Responding to ad-hoc client inquiries in a timely manner
- Assisting with the creation of content for investor-related events such as AGMs, LPACs and quarterly calls
- Working on technology development and act as CRM platform manager
- Strong academic background with previous experience in investor relations, placement agent or asset management. Other backgrounds such as audit and investments will be considered
- Knowledge of or exposure to private credit is beneficial, but not required
- Good financial acumen, able to disseminate complex data into investor friendly content
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong communicator with an excellent command of verbal and written English
- Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
