Our client is seeking a candidate with 2+ years experience within a back office finance role - this is such an amazing opportunity to join this sought after, welcoming team based in fabulous offices in Sidcup. This role is much more involved than meets the eye but with a busy day and a good work life balance!

Role

  • Maintenance and action of Department’s daily workflow activities via a Helpdesk
  • Raising of Department’s customer invoices and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Deal with Work Order forms, Invoice Credits and Reversals
  • Assisting with Department’s month end billing cycle
  • Your Excel skills will be put to good use!

Skills

  • Good working knowledge of excel
  • Experience of working in a busy environment
  • Strong communicator
  • 35 hours per week M-F 3 days office, 2 days working from home
