Role: Interim Invoicing & Receivables Manager

Contract Length: Initially 2 months

Pay: £175 -£225 per day (DOE)

Location: Walsall

Robert Walters Group have currently partnered with an industry leading business based in Walsall in their recruitment of an Invoicing & Receivables Manager on a short term interim contract. The role would be suitable for Accounts Payable Managers, Accounts Receivable Managers or Credit Control Managers with great man management skills and a track record of process improvement and controls. The position will offer hybrid working and will be paying £175 - £225 per day depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Invoicing & Receivables Manager

  • Leading at team of administrators across the receivables function
  • Producing regular reports on the state of the receivables department
  • Ensuring robust processes and procedures are in place to ensure 'right first time'
  • Ensuring credit card payments are being made daily
  • Managing the recovery of overdue debt
  • Making sure payments are received on time from customers
  • Ensuring credit notes are raised on time
  • Organising direct debit payments

The Successful candidate will have the following:

  • Has managed an invoicing processing team (either within payables or receivables)
  • A proven track record of process improvement
  • Is able to interview/start ASAP
  • Has worked in a fast paced environment
  • Can deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
