We are recruiting an IP Administrator to support a busy team of Patent Attorneys for a leading Intellectual Property law firm.

Duties will include liaising with attorneys on a daily basis, typing and processing correspondence/documents, maintaining and updating the firms case management system, preparing legal forms for patent applications, utilising online software, preparing/processing invoices, arranging travel, and assisting with client queries.

For this position we are seeking someone with a strong administrative background, excellent attention to detail and a pro-active approach to their work. You will have previous experience working within IP/Patent law. The CIPA qualification is desirable but not essential.

This position requires occasional attendance to the firms offices in Sheffield however for the most part can be remote or hybrid.
