A leading full-serviced UK law firm based in the west end, is hiring a new IP Litigation Paralegal to join on an initial 12 month basis, with the view of extension.

Up to £32,000

Excellent benefits

Agile working – 3 days in the office, 2 remotely.

Working directly with Partners.

Responsibilities for the IP Litigation Paralegal:

  • Assisting with online brand protection monitoring and reporting and preparing and issuing takedown notices
  • Undertaking research and preparing bundles
  • Costs schedules
  • Attending Court on a regular basis
  • Assisting with preparation of bills
  • Assisting with business development and marketing
  • General administrative tasks for the Group

Key Requirements for the IP Litigation Paralegal:

  • Previous experience within a busy law firm preferable, previous IP experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong academics and a completed LPC or equivalent
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Adaptable and flexible team player.
