IP Team Administrator

A top UK law firm who is renowned for their high-profile media and entertainment offering, is hiring a new IP Team Administrator on a permanent basis.

Salary to £28,000

Excellent employee benefits

Agile working – 3 days office, 2 days remote

9.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities for the IP Team Administrator:

  • Assist the wider team with a range of administration tasks
  • Provide lawyer support on a variety of team projects
  • Manage administration of client and internal meetings
  • Liaise with other teams in the business such as the Compliance and Finance departments
  • Organisation of diary and travel where required
  • Manage incoming queries and delegate to appropriate team members
  • Maintain and update the InterAction client database

Key Requirements for the IP Team Administrator:

  • Previous experience within a City law firm is preferable (previous IP experience is highly desirable)
  • Excellent IT skills, including accurate typing
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
