ISO Payments Transformation Consultant - Fixed Term Contract, 6 Months

A small prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to work on the transition and optimisation of payment systems and processes to align with the ISO 20022 standard.

Your responsibilities will cover:   

• Assist with the delivery strategy across various initiatives on the implementation, and advise on the impacts/benefits for adopting the ISO20022 standards
• Be the SME on all aspects of ISO20022 and understanding of messaging/payments processes, to achieve the successful delivery of ISO2022
• Work with departments to evaluate current payment systems/workflows, identifying customer data required etc
• Work on UAT to ensure system functionality/data integrity     
• Conduct workshops and training sessions

Your experience must include:

• Extensive proven experience with payment systems (SWIFT etc) gained within international banking and with ISO 20022 standards doing implementation and migration projects is ESSENTIAL
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral to liaise at all levels  

Please note this role will be working hybrid – 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remotely.
