Position: IT Account Manager

Location: Dudley (On-site 3 days per week)

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

Requirements: Full UK Driving License

About the Role: As an IT Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's valued customers. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services, and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand clients' business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance.
• Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an IT account management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving license is essential for client visits.
