IT ADMINISTRATOR
*** 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT ****
Assist the network and security manager in the administration and maintenance of the IT equipment through the support of the user population, HO application, desktop applications and underlying operating systems
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the network, telephony, server, storage, desktop operating systems and desktop applications
- On call service for incident management
- IT service management including on-site support for users.
- Responsible for New Joiner and leaver IT processes according the procedure.
- Management of IT assets.
- Ensure that Information Security Standards are maintained across all IT assets.
- Co-ordinate day-to-day IT checks and operational procedures according to defined standards processes and procedures.
- Ensure IT meets the required security and service levels along with other relevant corporate objectives.
- Communicate IT systems and controls to other groups as appropriate
- Participate in Infrastructure roll out project work when required
- Maintain relevant IT support process or procedure
Experience & Skills Required
- Previous IT support experience include network, desktop, phones, windows 10, GPO are required
- Fluent Mandarin Speaker
- General IT infrastructure system monitoring, network, database management, business requirements analysis, storage management, data backup, information security are preferred Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team
