IT Analyst

Are you an experienced Analyst currently looking to secure your next permanent opportunity within I.T?

Ideally you would have experience working with Power BI in a Data or IT Analyst role.

You may be a graduate or equivalent within IT/Computer Science/Business Intelligence looking for the right opportunity to develop your skills further.

Our client based in Surbiton, are looking for an IT Analyst to join their team on a Full-Time Permanent basis.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Surbiton

Role Type: Initially office based - hybrid working after probation.

Hours: 40 per week - Mon -Fri

Holiday: 25 days

Job Role

  • Support accreditation of new software in line with industry standards
  • Maintain regular contact with external groups through meetings and visits Tracking specification changes and obtaining comments as appropriate
  • Support accreditation of new related software
  • Support relationships with other third party suppliers
  • Maintain, update and progress JIRAs
  • Track key customer issues and orders
  • Assist with Sprint Planning
  • Manage small projects and conduct minor incident management
  • Support account managers in technical capacity
  • Monitor fleet for any discrepancies providing statistical, reporting and live information based on current fleet status

Desirable

  • Strong software knowledge, understand of SQL and Jira is beneficial
  • Previous Analytical experience
  • Working knowledge of Power BI
  • Diploma or Degree in an I.T related field
  • Understanding of Hardware, building PC's
  • MS office skills (Ideally Excel and Google sheets)
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
